Enduro Africa is a company which brings bikers from around the world together to raise money for charities in South Africa. As a reward for working hard to raise the money the bikers get to work hard riding 1500 miles off-road in South Africa. During this time they get to meet the local people who will benefit from the money raised and also do some hands on work.

In order for me to be counted amongst the fortunate few who are able to participate in this huge charity event I need to raise £5000. While I’m off bouncing around the South African countryside my better half Gail, who is also the inspiration and driving force behind many of our fundraising ideas, will be having her own South African adventure.

Gail will be working in an orphanage just outside of Cape Town teaching young children English. The kids are unable to access education unless they can speak English and without education they are pretty much guaranteed a life of poverty.
