Gail has signed up with a company called Global Vision International (GVI).
GVI run various projects throughout the world from working in shanty town orphanages to marine conservation in Mexico.
Gail has chosen to work in an orphanage in a township just outside Capetown in South Africa. She will spend 2 weeks together with other volunteers looking after young children while helping them learn English.
