MESSAGE FROM UNICEF

For 60 years UNICEF has been the world's leader for children, working on the ground in 156 countries and territories to help children survive and thrive, from early childhood through adolescence. UNICEF helps children receive the support, health care and education they need to cope with the threats of childhood poverty - such as preventable disease or malnutrition - and grow up to become healthy adults.

By taking part in or supporting Enduro Africa you will be responsible for changing the fate of generations of children and helping to prevent the HIV/AIDS epidemic spreading even further.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCES' TRUST

Our mission is to transform the lives of Lesotho's orphans and vulnerable children. Sentebale was founded by Prince Harry and Lesotho's Prince Seeiso to help the forgotten victims of poverty and of the HIV/Aids epidemic ravaging this kingdom.

Sentebale is a new charity with a new approach. We combine thoughtful aid giving with effective businesslike methods. We are committed to the long term funding of small but dynamic organisations in Lesotho that are really making a difference in their communities.

MESSAGE FROM NELSON MANDELLA'S CHILDRENS FUND

Touch Africa - Making a difference. The Eastern Cape of South Africa, home to Enduro Africa, is historically the poorest and most impoverished area of the country. It has been named as one of the ten worst places to grow up as a child.

OUR MISSION

To work for those less privileged, restore the dignity of children by making school a better place than home. To provide self sustaining achievable projects which, will ultimately change childrens’ lives.

NMCF in South Africa is now a thriving voluntary organisation that has the welfare and future of children at its heart - "to change the way society treats its children and youth".

To do this successfully requires long term investment in the communities where children live.

It is not enough just to grant generously -- we need to work strategically with our partners to realise their vision for the future of their community.

We aim to develop their planning management and entrepreneurial skills, and to ensure that they have the funds to bring their plans to life.
